1. A Colorful Suit

A colorful suit gives you so many possibilities for outfits! Wear the pieces separately to make new looks all Spring!

2. Bright Lips

Bright lips are everywhere! The color of the year is Radiant Orchid after all. Try Milani, Maybelline Vivids, or Sephora.

3. A Blender

To make smoothies of course. If you put your smoothie together the right way, it is a healthy snack or a great meal replacement. Check out my Strawberry Smoothie recipe that’s diabetic friendly.

4. A Green Water Bottle

You can find them everywhere! Look for a bottle that is BPA free. They come in all sizes and designs. Carry one with you. Keep one at work. Just make sure to drink enough water every day!

5. Running Shoes

To exercise in! Run, walk, dance, cycle, skip, jump rope. It doesn’t matter what you do, just get moving!

6. A Skincare Routine

You should be following a beauty routine twice a day. Every day. It doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive. At the minimum you should wash and moisturize. It is also good to tone and exfoliate. Choose products that are designed for your skin type.

7. Bright Accessories

Drab, dull winter is over. It’s time to have fun in the sun!

Low or high doesn’t matter. It’s all about color and comfort.
