Each November there is a theme on Facebook, 30 Days of Thankful. I love forcing myself to think of something new each day that I am thankful for. I also love reading everyone else's posts. Here are all of my posts for the 3 days.

Day 1 – Today I am thankful I have two great kids!

Day 2 -Today I am thankful that I write instead of turning to unhealthier outlets for stress.

Day 3 – I am thankful for my parents.

Day 4 – I am thankful that I was saved by a guy 2,000 years ago so I will never need a man to save me today.

Day 5: I am thankful for my job. Not only that I have one, but I like it and I work with great people.

Day 6: I am thankful I am allowed to vote.

Day 7: Today I am thankful for modern medicine.

Day 8: I am thankful for books. In fact, for knowledge and wisdom in general.

Day 9: I am thankful for my sisters.

Day 10: I am thankful for my LifeChurch.tv Tulsa friends!

Day 11: I am thankful for all of our freedoms and for the men and women who made that happen.

Day 12: I am thankful for a warm place to live.

Day 13: I am thankful for coffee and Dr. Pepper.

Day 14: I am thankful I live in a country where I can speak my mind freely.

Day 15: When I picked Little Brother up from school yesterday his after school teacher came over and said that Little Brother asked her if she liked me. She said yes, she did. And he said, you should. My mom is awesome! Tuesday the boys cleaned their room without being asked because they wanted to help me out because they just love me. A lot of the toys were just shoved under the bed, but hey, they tried. Today I am thankful that my boys think I am a good mom.

Day 16 – I am thankful for Discovery ID. Without it, I would never know my next door neighbors were ax murder arsonists who hooked up while on a motorcycle gang drug raid.

Day 17 – I am thankful for surf and turf. It's rare that I actually like eating.

Day 18: I am thankful for the Internet, without which I would not be as smart, witty, or well connected.

Day 19: I am thankful for easy mornings every single time they happen.

Day 20 – I am thankful for my favorite TV shows that keep me entertained.

Day 21 – I am thankful I have a job that allows me to work from home when I need to.

Day 22 – I am thankful that my downstairs neighbor is out of town today. Otherwise she might think there is a herd of elephants living in my apartment.

Day 23 – I am thankful that my sons are my best friends.

Day 24 – I am thankful that I like in a country with religious freedom.

Day 25 – I am thankful for naps and cats.

Day 26 – I am thankful Monday is only once a week.

Day 27 – I am thankful my Dad loves Christmas shopping for my boys.

Day 28 – I am thankful for evenings snuggled up all in one bed with my boys watching Christmas shows.

Day 29 – I am thankful that God's mercies are new every morning.

Day 30 – I am thankful that I will be moving to a new desk at work soon!
