September’s Birchbox seemed to come really early this month!
Products in the box:
Macadamia Professional Healing Oil Spray, Full size $14.50-$29.50, Sample is 2oz, which is the $14.50 size
This is the sample I picked from the choices this month. I have heard so much about this line of hair care products. I have to say that after the first use I’m not that impressed. I think it left my hair dryer than what I usually use, but it was just the first use.
Tocca Crema da Mano – Bianca, Full size $10, Sample Size $5
I thought when I opened this it had a more perfumy smell to it than regular lotion. It is from a perfume line so that makes sense. It is a green tea and lemon scent. It is nice and not too heavy. It does linger a bit, but not more than an hour or so. It is a watery formula of lotion. I wouldn’t purchase this, but I will use it all.
Avene Cleanance Soap-Free Gel Cleanser, Full size $20, Sample $5
This is supposedly a soap-free cleanser made with French thermal spring water. I have not given this a try yet.
Harvey Prince Hello, Full Size $55, Sample $0.77
I have a sample of this perfume already. I like it ok. Its not one I would buy but I will use the sample.
Temptu S/B Highlighter in Champagne Shimmer, Full size $27.50, Sample $2.75
I have never tried a liquid highlighter before. This looks like a pretty color and goes very sheer when blended. I haven’t tried it on my face yet.
Bonus product – Chapstick Hydration Lock, Full size $2.99
This was not considered to be part of the actual box but a bonus product. I haven’t tried it yet. I have a ton of lip balms already open so I will put this in my save for later stash.
This month’s box ended up being worth $31.01
