Get Your App Into Shape This Summer Using Your Smartphone

A recent study conducted by Northwestern University discovered that fitness apps help motivate people to lose weight. If the summer season isn’t enough of a motivation, look for apps to help keep you on track. Get in shape and make your workout more enjoyable at the same time, and soon you’ll be ready to strut your hot a** down the beach.

1. Six Pack Abs

These avatars are designed to help you perform each exercise properly and prevent injury. The app also allows you to choose playlists that match the intensity of your workout. This is more than a calorie-counting app. It only tracks certain calories. Fitocracy Macros tracks the calories you consume from fat, carbohydrates and protein (macronutrients).
