I was pretty disappointed with this month’s Lip Monthly box.

Products in the box:

Makeup by Cherimoya Lip Crayon in Fig, Retail Value $8

This is the only product I was really excited about. The color is pretty and I love lip chubbys. This is currently for sale on the website.

Eco Lips Fair Trade Lip Balm in Kiwi Strawberry, Retail Value $1.99

This is a nice lip balm, but I already have a ton of lip balms! This one is cruelty free, gluten free, and has certified organic ingredients. The card on the box says this retails for $3.49 but on their website it is for sale for $1.99.

Makeup by Cherimoya Lip & Eye Retractable Pencil in Latte, Retail Value $3.99

This is a great lip color for a nude lip liner, but I don’t see this as a good eye liner color. I found it for sale on Amazon in sets and one site for $4 as an individual. It’s a nice consistency, but nothing to get too hyped about. It would be a bit sticky for an eye pencil.

Jesse’s Girl Cosmetics Nail Polish in Romeo, Retail Value $3.99

I love Julie G Nail polishes. This one is a bit more coral that what I usually wear and I think the color is a summer color and not fall. But, I still love the formula of these.

Monthly Mix Up – Purlisse Daily Moisturizer, Retail Value $16

I have now gotten one of these in 3 different subscription boxes. I already know it doesn’t work for my combination/oily skin. It leaves my face oily by midday. I will be giving this away.

Box Cost $10 – Box Value $34

I am really not impressed with this month’s box at all. I like the lip chubby and that was really the only thing I’m excited about. What did you think of this month’s box?
