Homemade Pizza Sauce

I've been on a journey lately to downsize. To minimize. To get back to the things I love to do instead of spending my life picking up junk off the floor.

And I really love cooking. I used to post recipes all the time. That is starting up again.

One thing I am minimizing is my grocery list. I'm trying to make more things than buy them. And those are a lot of the recipes I'll be posted in the near future.

I'm also minimizing eating out. So this recipe combines both of those things. It's a pizza sauce, but is also just a great Italian tomato sauce that can be the base for so many things like soups, spaghetti sauce, pretzel dipping sauce.

Basically it can take the place of any Italian tomato sauce in a recipe. And its so easy! The recipe makes 3 pint jars worth and only takes a few minutes.
